Welcome to The Grace Academy (TGA).

TGA began operation in the fall of 2007 and since then has grown by over 200%!  The reason for this is simple: we offer a multitude of resources to Christ-centered families who choose home education for their children.

TGA places ministry first.  Registration fees and tuition for courses cover the actual cost of doing business, resulting in an affordable environment for our families.  Classes, field trips, and curriculum counseling are only a few of the many ministries of the TGA.  Indeed, it is a place where everyone from first time home schoolers to seasoned veterans come together in an environment of Christ – centered fellowship.

But what really makes this Private School Satellite Programs (PSP) unique is that The Grace Academy partners with Grace Brethren Church and Schools.  For those families who are interested in taking advantage of the many bricks and mortar school offerings, but want to continue to home school, the Lancer Registration offers just that opportunity.  TGA students can participate in on campus clubs, sports, classes, and activities, while maintaining Dad and Mom as their primary educator.

If you feel the Lord has called you to home school your children, fellowship in the body of Christ with individuals of similar conviction is vital – and this is who we are at The Grace Academy.

Message From The Director

Welcome to The Grace Academy. Mr. Hynes and I are thrilled that you are considering our Private School Satellite Program to support your home education needs. We are celebrating 5 years of ministering to the home educating community in Simi Valley, Ventura, and Los Angeles Counties. Mr. and Mrs. Hynes, as well as my husband and myself, have homeschooled our children for several years, so we have personal knowledge and experience to come alongside you. I am passionate about the program that we offer, but we humbly offer all the praise to Jesus Christ for allowing us to exist and support you.
