The Grace Brethren Schools Office of Administration is located on the Grace Brethren Church campus. The staff there is eager to serve and assist you. Tuition - 2013/2014 School Year
Listed in the tables below are the Tuition Rates for 2013.2014 including the discounts for multiple enrolled students at Grace Brethren Schools.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
12 month plan: Deadline for enrollment is May 30th with the first payment due June 1st; then monthly through May 1st of the following year. (Not available after 6/15)
10 month plan: Deadline for enrollment is May 30th with the first payment due June 1st; then monthly September through May 1st of the following year. (Not available after 8/15) You will not be billed tuition in July and August.
Late enrollment: Enrollment on or after August 1st will result in monthly payments correlating to the date of enrollment through May 1st of the following year.
Grace Brethren Schools charges an application fee for new families and a re-enrollment fee for current families each year. This fee is used as part of the ongoing operational budget for each school year. The fee is charged separately from tuition to account for the expenses incurred with re-enrollment or applications that are distinct from normal operations. Additionally, these fees are used to offset expenses in operational systems such as the school information system and communications systems.
ACH allows you the convenience of having your monthly balance due GBS automatically deducted from your checking/savings account on the 10th of every month. There is no fee for this service. Simply request the ACH application from the business office and follow the instructions. You will still receive a monthly statement which will show what amount will be deducted from your account. This is a great timesaver, and by utilizing this service, you can avoid any possibility of late fee as your tuition will be paid on time every month. In the event of non-sufficient funds at the time this transaction takes place, you will be notified and a $25.00 NSF fee and all applicable late fees will be charged. Online Bill Pay
This service is available through your bank. We want you to know that Grace Brethren Schools can accept your banks’ online bill pay checks. Simply use your Family ID Code as your account number and have your checks sent directly to our bank’s lock box at:

We recommend that you manually enter the amount due each month to accommodate any additional charges that may have been billed to you on your statement (Extended Care, Cafeteria Charges, Music, Athletics, etc.) Be sure to allow 5 to 7 days before tuition is due for mailing as checks written by your bank on the 10th or postmarked the 10th will be considered late and the late fee will apply.
Credit Cards
Please contact the business office to get setup for an automatic charge plan or on an as needed basis. Tuition will be charged on the 10th of the month. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for a 3% convenience fee. If your credit card is declined at the time of this transaction, you will be notified and be responsible for your tuition payment and all applicable late fees.
