HST: Historical Studies Tour 2010
The 12th Annual Tour
American history will come alive on our 12th annual Historical Studies Tour, which consists of a twelve-day, eleven-night trip November 9 through November 21, 2010, for all 8th grade students.
HST Participant Meeting
Date: Thursday - September 23, 2010
Time: 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM
Location: Jr/Sr High Cafeteria
The HST Participant Meeting is for all families of students participating in the trip. At least one parent should be in attendance and students are welcome to attend.
Material will be sent out in early September telling of the meeting. The material sent out will include a roommate request form, which should be submitted at the meeting. Also, a medical release form will be included and needs to be turned in and notarized. A notary will be available prior to the meeting, from 6:00-7:00, for your convenience. The cost of the notary is $10 per person.
The actual meeting will begin 7:00 and go over trip itinerary, packing lists, student expectations, etc.

HST Chaperone Meeting
Date: Thursday - October 28, 2010
Time: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Location: High School: Room 42
This is a required meeting for all HST Chaperones. Important trip expectations and details will be discussed at this meeting in Mr. Koster's room.

Payment Detail
The cost for this trip is $2150 per person. This price includes everything: round trip airfare, ground transportation, all meals, lodging, and all tours.
