Meet Mr. Espinosa

Mr. Espinosa one of our dynamic new teachers this year at GBHS. He is a husband, father, Marine, and experienced teacher. In order to introduce him to our community, we asked Mr. Espinosa a few questions about himself:

• Why are you excited to teach at Grace Brethren?

  • The Christian environment allows me to be who I am and encourages me to be a Christian role model. Grace Brethren gives me the freedom to be myself.

• Favorite memory from when you were in Jr/Sr High School?

  • Graduating High School

• What book(s) are you currently reading?

  • Tarkin - A novel in the Star Wars Universe

  • Zodiac - A nonfiction account of unresolved murders in San Francisco 

  • The wisdom of Walt - Walt Disney on Leadership

  • Dune - The Sci-Fi Classic

  • The Pirate Coast - Historical retelling of the first Marines and battles against the Barbary Pirates

• What animal is similar to you and why?

  • Mule - hard working and stubborn (he is a Marine).

• Biblical passage that is currently relevant to your life - why?

  • Romans 8:28 - This last year and a half has included a lot of change for my family. We can rest in the consistency which is found through faith in God.
