Application Process

We are pleased that you have chosen to explore Grace Brethren Schools for your child's education and look forward to welcoming you into the Grace community!Completing our online application is the first step in the admissions and enrollment process. Once your application has been submitted online, an administrator from the appropriate campus will contact you.

ONLINE APPLICATION

To begin the Online Application process, select Create An Account . Log into your account and provide the necessary information to Create a New Student Application. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your student’s application at any time.

NOTE: Grace Brethren Schools uses email to communicate with you both during the application process and during your time as an enrolled family. Please add gracebrethrenschools.com and renweb.com to your contacts list to prevent important emails from going to your spam folder.

WHEN TO APPLY

Grace Brethren does not have an application deadline but may need to close classes if they are full. Applying early is recommended.

Preschool

We are pleased that you are exploring Grace Brethren Schools for your student’s education. Preschool applicants follow the admissions process below:

APPLICATION FEES
Preschool - $135, plus a $10 disaster preparedness fee (non-refundable)

  1. Take a tour of the preschool
  2. Submit the online application
  3. Parent Interview with the Preschool Administrator
Supporting Documents Needed
  1. Immunization Record
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Pre-admissions Health History form
  4. Physician's Report Form
  5. Consent for Non-Prescription Medication

Elementary

We are pleased that you are exploring Grace Brethren Schools for your student’s education. Elementary applicants follow the admissions process below:

APPLICATION FEE

K-6th Grade - $410 (non-refundable)
  1. Submit the online application
  2. Registrar contacts you to schedule a student assessment and meeting with administrator
  3. Meet for student assessment and parents meet with administrator
  4. Complete online enrollment
Supporting Documents Needed
  1. Immunization Record (Kindergarten Applicants)
  2. Birth Certificate (Kindergarten Applicants)
  3. Cumulative files will be requested from previous school for students transferring into grades 1st-6th

Jr/Sr High

We are pleased that you are exploring Grace Brethren Schools for your student’s education. Jr/Sr High School applicants follow the admissions process below:

APPLICATION FEE
7th-12th Grades - $410 (non-refundable)
  1. Submit the online application
  2. Email, mail, or drop off all supporting documents attn: to Amy Henderson. Copies of all documents are accepted. Originals are not required
  3. Admissions office contacts you to schedule a new student interview
  4. Interview with an administrator (Student and at least one parent to attend)
  5. Receive decision from admissions office (typically within 5 days)
  6. Complete online enrollment
Supporting Documents Needed
  1. Recent report card (or all high school transcripts for transfer students in grades 10th-12th)
  2. Copy of Immunization record
  3. Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
  4. 2 Reference Letters

The Grace Academy

The Grace Academy accommodates independent studies students year-round. Registration fees are per student, per year, for grades K-12. Registration fees are not prorated for mid-year applicants and are not refundable. Registration fees cover application and registration in The Grace Academy. Registration fees do not cover classes, athletics, or optional opportunities.

Applications are only accepted online. Once your application has been submitted, you will be contacted to schedule an interview. Both parents and applying students are required to attend, and additional paperwork will be required to complete the registration process.

The Grace Academy applicants follow the admissions process below:

Traditional Track (Grades K-6) $225
Lancer Track (Grades 7-12) $425
Note: application fees are non-refundable

  2. Administrator contacts you to schedule meeting
  3. Meet with an administrator (Student and at least one parent to attend)

  2. Copy of Immunization record
