If you have any questions regarding admissions, you can us this form, or call Carissa Wilburn, Admissions Director at 805-574-9051.

Impacted Grade Levels Due to Increased Applications

Grace Brethren uses wait pools when a grade level has reached its current capacity.  It is common during the school year to see movement in our enrollment numbers and many students are accepted from waiting pools.

When the wait pool at a particular grade level becomes large enough, Grace will consider adding an additional classroom and teacher to that grade level. Though additional classrooms cannot be guaranteed, we encourage you to still apply if you are interested in an impacted grade as the size of the wait pool influences our discussions regarding additional classrooms

To secure a spot in the waiting pool, please apply.  If you have any questions regarding the use of wait pools, please contact Carissa Wilburn at 805-574-9051.

Please note, that we utilize a wait pool, rather than a waitlist, thus the order in which you submit is not of significance.  Wait pools are grade-level specific and only qualified applicants are placed in a wait pool.

We are excited you have chosen Grace Brethren as an option for your child’s education. We take this opportunity seriously and are committed to providing your child and your family with an amazing foundation for a successful, joyful, God-honoring life.
