Continuous Enrollment

Continuous Enrollment is the process of automatically re-enrolling current Grace students every school year until graduation. This annual process takes place in mid-February and the non-refundable re-enrollment fee is billed on the March tuition statement.  Continuous Enrollment is a simpler process for our families - eliminating the annual re-enrollment packet via FACTS.  Tuition for the upcoming school year will be published by mid-January each year.  

Your tuition payment plan is rolled over every year unless notified before the deadline.  Preschool families with students staying for kindergarten:

• For families who have a student in grades K through 12, your payment plan will match your current plan selection. 
• For families who do not have a student in grades K through 12,  please login to your FACTS account and select "Set Up A Payment Plan."

Continuous Enrollment streamlines the re-enrollment process for you as a parent. Gone are the days of completing enrollment packets and paperwork, if you’re returning to Grace for the next school year there is literally nothing you need to do! After February 15th, your student will be automatically re-enrolled for the next school year and your re-enrollment fee will be charged to your student’s account in March.

If you’re not planning to return (or are unsure about returning), then you will need to complete and submit the Online Withdrawal Form. Submitting this form will formally withdraw your student for the next school year and will also prevent you from being assessed the re-enrollment fee. It is critical you do this prior to February 15th to avoid paying the non-refundable re-enrollment fee - for more information about the withdrawal process see the “Withdrawing from Grace” section below.

The cost of the re-enrollment fee is $275 per student for grades K-12, $150 for preschool students, and $825 for international students.  The non-refundable fee will be automatically added to the family account in March and is charged per child.  The payment secures your student's re-enrollment and reserves their space at Grace for the next school year. 

*Although Grace is blessed with an annual retention rate of 90%, we realize not every student will return to Grace for various reasons.  If this is the case with your family, please see Withdrawing from Grace tab below. 

All students who are in good academic, behavioral, and financial standing are eligible to return to Grace for the following year.  Parents who have any questions about their student's behavior eligibility can contact their campus administrator.  Parents who have any questions about their student's financial eligibility can contact the business office at 805-522-4605.

Grace is extremely thankful for the fantastic partnerships we have with the vast majority of our families, consistently seeing a 90% retention rate amongst our students. However, we also recognize the reality that circumstances change and not all families will return for another year at Grace. While we are sad to see you go, we are thankful for the time together and want to clearly communicate the information which will help you leave well. If you find yourself in a situation where you will not be returning to Grace, please submit Grace’s Online Withdrawal Form to initiate this process.

For grades K-12 and International Students

Standard Withdrawal Period (Prior to February 15th)

If you’re not planning to return to Grace for the following school year, it is in your best interest to complete the Withdrawal Form prior to the February 15th, automatic re-enrollment deadline. Submitting your form prior to February 15th will withdraw your student for the next school year (forfeiting their spot in the classroom), prevent you from getting charged the automatic re-enrollment fee ($275), and cause you to avoid any withdrawal fees ($500). 

Post-Enrollment Withdrawal Period (February 15th-April 30th)

If you are unable to submit your withdrawal form before February 15 you will be charged the non-refundable automatic re-enrollment fee ($275). However, submitting your form prior to April 30th will still withdraw your student for the next school year (forfeiting their spot in the classroom) and allow you to avoid any withdrawal fees ($500). 

Late Withdrawal Period (May 1-First Day of School)

Withdrawal forms received after May 1st are considered a late withdrawal and are therefore subject to a non-refundable withdrawal fee ($500). However, if you submit your withdrawal form prior to the first day of school (The first day of school is considered to be the first day of classroom instruction) your student will be withdrawn for the next school year (forfeiting their spot in the classroom), you will be charged the non-refundable automatic re-enrollment fee ($275), and you will be charged the withdrawal fee ($500). Any tuition payments made to Grace prior to the first day of school will be fully refunded.

Mid-Year Withdrawal Period (First Day of School-Last Day of School)

Any Withdrawal form received after the first day of school is considered to be a mid-year withdrawal. Withdrawals submitted after the first day of classroom instruction are subject to a non-refundable withdrawal fee ($500). When withdrawing mid-year, tuition is due for each month your student is enrolled at the school. Withdrawing mid-month forfeits that month’s tuition, any tuition payments made beyond the tuition due will be refunded less the withdrawal fee ($500).

For preschool

To withdraw from Grace at any time, complete and submit Grace’s Online Withdrawal Form to initiate this process.  Withdrawing mid-month forfeits that month’s tuition; any tuition payments made beyond the tuition due will be refunded.

We will be thrilled to have you return! You will need to complete an enrollment packet and pay the standard enrollment fee of $550. To begin the process of re-enrolling after a withdrawal, please contact your campus registrar. The registrar will confirm whether space is still available in your student's grade and will open the enrollment packet for your to complete via your FACTS Family Portal.

• Have you moved?
• Did you get a new cell phone number?
• Do you have a new email address?
• Is there a new/revised court order related to your studen?
• Is there a recent health diagnosis we need to know about?
• Is there a new medication your child is taking?
• Has there been a change in your emergency contact list?

If any of these situations pertain to you, please login to your Family Portal, click on Web Forms, and update your Family Demographic Form.

12- MONTH PLAN

Payments due June through May of the following year.

10- MONTH PLAN

First payment is due in June, subsequent payments are due September through May of the following year.

If you need to make changes to your current FACTS tuition payment plan for next school year, please complete a Tuition Plan Change Form.  This form must be received by April 30th in order for the change to occur. 

NOTE for Preschool families transitioning to Kindergarten at Grace:

• For families who have a student in grades K-12, your payment plan for your new kindergartener will match your current plan selection. 
• For families who do not have a student in grades K through 12 yet,  please login to your FACTS account and select "Set Up A Payment Plan." 

If you do NOT need to make changes to your current FACTS tuition payment plan for next school year, then no further action is required by you.

While we believe every student would benefit from the spiritual and educational impact of Grace Brethren School, we also recognize that Christian education is a costly investment and a sacrifice that not every family can afford.

However, Grace Brethren School desires to come alongside families, where possible and within the bounds of wise financial stewardship, to assist those who will further our mission and purpose. Toward that end, a limited amount of annual financial aid is designated for families who are both aligned with our mission and demonstrate financial need. Each family’s financial aid situation is regularly reviewed to reassess mission match, re-examine financial needs, and re-evaluate how we can best support families as they navigate the financial realities of Christian education.

New student siblings from the same household are eligible for the Discounted Enrollment fee ($150 for preschool and $275 for K-12) if their New Student Application is received by February 15, 2023.  Siblings are subject to the same admissions process as other new students.  Upon acceptance, the enrollment packet and full enrollment fee is required.  The sibling discount credit will be applied to their tuition statement the following month.
